Bee in the City - Evening Walk

Wild in Art and Manchester City Council are bringing all of Manchester’s communities together for Bee in the City, one of the most spectacular public art events the city has ever seen. From July to September, Manchester will see a colony of giant Bee sculptures winging their way through the city streets, taking in the city’s landmarks whilst showcasing the exceptional artistic talent.


TfGM is partnering with Bee in the City and Manchester Guided tours to help everyone explore the bee trail by foot. This fun filled walk is the perfect way to ‘bee active’ whilst spending a leisurely evening with friends, family and work colleagues. The walk, which will be led by Pauline from Manchester guided tours is an inclusive walk and has been designed so everybody can enjoy the bee discovery.

  • Route Each week a different route will take to the vibrant streets of Manchester, discovering over 100 of the city’s giant Bee sulptures including TfGM’S very own Manchester Doodle Bee. This is a social walk that can be enjoyed by people of all walking abilities
