OBJECTIVES AND TARGETS REVIEW 2020
During December 2019 to February 2020 the Tyndall Centre for Climate Change Research at the University of Manchester completed a review of Manchester's climate change objectives and targets. This review has been used to inform the objectives and targets in the Manchester Climate Change Framework 2020-25. The Tyndall Centre's reports are Appendix 1 of the Framework.
