Manchester’s progress to date and our future successes will be based on all people and organisations in the city getting involved in action on climate change.

As well as helping to meet our climate change targets, this citywide effort will also help to ensure that Manchester residents and graduates can get good, secure jobs in the city’s growing low carbon sector. It will also help to ensure that our residents and businesses are prepared for and resilient to the hotter summers, heat waves, wetter winters and storms that are already happening due to climate change.
